Use of hormone therapy, the most common treatment for VMS, has been declining for many years:5*

What are the current VMS treatment options?

Today, there are several types of treatment classes for VMS.

HORMONE THERAPY

Current treatment classes for hot flushes and night sweats include hormone therapy (HT), which has long been the standard of care.6

NONHORMONAL THERAPY

There are both on and off label nonhormonal options available to treat VMS.7,8                                                                  

OTHER TREATMENT STRATEGIES

Other treatment strategies include over-the-counter remedies like supplements and herbs.6
